However, could whoever is demanding the return of Morris/Brown/Amott find a new record? It isn´t going to happen and while Don did a lot for the club and John Morris brought some better`players in, they will not be returning to their previous roles - period.
Opinions are good and healthy, but some aren´t well thought out. Whichever Anon is asking why we didn´t sign a second overseas should read down a few pages and the blog tells you. We tried to, but there was no one worth signing. Why pay top dollar for a second rater?

Couldn,t help but smile reading about Ross Whiteley signing a new deal. The bit where he says "I intend to grab it with both hands". Well Ross,you,ve not grabbed much with both hands in the last few matches,so let,s hope this doesn,t slip through aswell!. Seriously though im pleased for him as i think he,s a player who can make the grade if he works hard. It,s down to him now.
ReplyDeleteGood win tonight but more bad captaincy nearly coast us again. When our first wicket went down at 80 odd why not send in Whiteley our in form big hitter. Smith and Park should noy have batted above Whiteley. Why do we keep asking Whiteley to perform miracles with the last few balls? Bad captaincy again!
