The fixtures are coming...

The fixtures are out tomorrow and I have to say that there’s one thing on my mind at present.

SURELY this is the year when we play Yorkshire at Scarborough? I’ll be mailing my favourite hotel there by the end of the day if so. Given that we’ve again got the Netherlands in the CB 40 instead of Scotland, I reckon I’m due one.

    I am very unhappy at the fixtures especially at Chesterfield who haven't got a single 20/20 game out of the eight home games. Only one championship game, against Northamptonshire again. Sorry but as I live in Chesterfield I won't be renewining my membership next season.

    Poor set of away games. Not one at an out ground! Not sure about having the home 20/20 against Yorkshire at Derby. When we had the match at Chesterfield we drew crowds of 5,000. We won't get 500 watching it at Derby.
